Whats worse, the "art" or the angle?
yotsuya:
They probably did that on purpose to throw people off - hence less tickets awarded

It was odd, you really only walked left and right and pressed up to climb a building.  Then mashed that button as fast as you could until it fell down.  It could have been an actual game with some tweaks.  Oh well.

Worse was the giant Spiderman game where all you did was hit a button when his sense tingled.  That's it.  Won a pretty good ticket amount for the price, though.

Even worse was the Batman driving game where the steering wheel and gas pedal seemed to do nothing.  Kinda of like a barely interactive Chase HQ.

They had some super cool looking Tomb Raider thing with an enormous screen, but it was running Windows and crashed.

Played Big Buck Hunter HD and was quite surprised at the accuracy of the guns from about a foot away.  Our hobby has yet to catch up to the location games on that front.  Could have done without the mid-round cheesecake on that game but whatever.

I love Big Buck Hunter games, and I agree, the accuracy of the guns is excellent, whether up close or even about 8 feet back.  There are a lot of serious competitors in that game, and scoring big requires dead on accuracy.  I would love to have a consumer version of that tech and be able to apply it to other arcade games.  The aimtracks are cheap toys in comparison.

Unfortunately, I had shoulder issues for the last year and haven't been able to play.  I can't make it more than a minute into the game and I can no longer work the reload.

Have you tried the Wii version? Surprisingly not bad, and will be easier on the reload for you. Cant beat that shotgun though.
