Issues with Neotec NT-2701
« on: July 08, 2018, 11:51:18 am »
Hello all, just picked up a cabinet that is doing strange things with Golden Tee. During the initial boot the sync is totally out of whack but once the game loads fully the monitor syncs and everything appears to work ok.

I have attached a couple pics that give you the idea. Any suggestions on what I can do here? Thanks

this is normal.

the motherboards output 640x480 (31k) for their bios and bootup... when the software starts to load, it switches to medium res (25k) as set by your dip switches and displays properly on your monitor.

there is nothing you can do to fix this short of installing a VGA monitor.
