OK peeps, here is the official BYOAC itinerary for this upcoming weekend:

Thursday Night:

5:30ish - Dinner at the Monastery, followed by Mike A’s Arizona ZapCon Rockin’ Eve Bash at StarFighters. Meet at the Convention Center at 5-ish, we can depart from there. We’ll need drivers, if you have a car.

Friday Night:
6:00 - Dinner at Pizza Mart (Pizza, beer, and bideo gamez) followed by Contributor Night at ZapCon. The evening is specifically set aside for people who were in games, but I’ve got special permission by the ZapCon organizers to let you in as my guest so you do have to be sporting the Adventure Dragon medallion to get in. If you don’t have it, you will be asked to leave. I’m distributing pictures of Jim specifically so they know who to ask.  Contributor night ends at 11.

Saturday:
Group photo at 2 o’clock. Around six-ish, there may or may not be a trip to get some tacos. Look for the people wearing the ZapCon Siete shirt for more info.

Sunday:
You’re still here? GTFO.

If anybody wants to help unload games, you’re more than welcome to come see Casa de Yotsuya. You can earn a special badge that way.

Notes for ZapCon Virgins:

1. Wear comfortable shoes. You’ll be standing a lot.
2. Get your shirt early, that way you can guarantee your size.
3. If you want a cool souvenir, check out Moro’s Glass booth. He does custom etched pint glasses for the show. Tell him Yotsuya sent you. His website is http://motosglass.com. Get those early, too, as some of his designs sell out early.
4. Best times to play stuff is to get there early or stay late. Don’t be a dick and add 4 credits to a pinball machine when someone is waiting.
5. The food trucks are great, but if you get hungry, there is a bar across the street on the right side of the hall. It gets busy, but the food is decent and it’s a good place to unwind.
6. Be there prompt for the photo. We don’t want anyone to get left out.
7. Make sure you meet TacoTownCharlie. He’s a first ballot BYOAC Hall of Famer, for sure.
8. Wear cargo shorts. Yeah, they’re old fat dude/WNBA fan uniform at this point, but they’re handy for swag and loot.
9. Make sure you wear your Adventure Dragon throughout the weekend so people can identify you as a BYOACer.
10. No facepunching.
11. Take and post photos in this thread. Still trying to get DaOldMan, Lew, WP34, Jennifer, and Howard out here one day and want them to see the fun.

I'll have the Trans Am for rides.  Keep in mind, the back seat is smaller then you remember.  Also, I need suggestions for the red courtesy cooler.  In this year of our Lord 2019 it seems like Budweiser is a radical choice.

If anyone needs a ride to/from the airport I'm available.  Just reply here or by PM.  I'm off work Thursday through next Monday so I can manage any flight time.
