Oh yeah, some of the best get pulled away for the tournament. They will all be in a corner at least, so it will be obvious what to be sure to play on Friday. |

So any of you guys doing the tournaments? I'm happy to see the Cyberball tourney back this year, and I'll most likely compete again. There's also the Random Fighters Tournament, which is great because you get to play vastly different fighting games at random and it can be pretty hilarious. No mention of other fighting tourneys though, like last year there was an SSF2T and Third Strike tournament. But I don't think that was announced till after zapcon started. Also, last year there was a big Galaga tourney. That was pretty epic. I'm interested to hear about the Starfighters Arcade High Score Challenge on Sunday morning. |
