Oh, and I've shared a room twice at shows. One time, nice guy but he snored and I didn't sleep. I drove home at 7am. Another time, I slept on the floor. 3 other guys in the room. No blanket. Backpack as pillow. From 4am to 7am. Offered him $20, he said no worries, I went home. He spent the rest of the show telling people "pinballjim ripped me off on the room." When I asked him "wtf?" I got some weird "you should have insisted on paying me" response. God I hated the Midwest. |
