Arcadevga x550 card

Hi guys .
I've for a  core2duo pc running a fresh updated  version of windows 10.

I've downloaded the drivers for the arcadevga x550 card that does  windows vista/7/8 and 10.

I install the card and hook it up to pc monitor (will be getting transfered to  cab crt soon).

Gives my half a pic. So I go to my unzip folder for the drivers and click on the setup application  and nothing .

It does squat. I've tryed compatability  and still same.
I've even when into device mgr  and  tryed to install it . But nowt.

It's a foxcon board with on board gfx . I've switched that  off .
 Card works perfect in xp
