OK... I always have the option to remove it if I print it all out and it doesn't look quite right.

I agree but for a different reason. The border adds a 3D effect (that is actually pretty cool. However, that makes it look like the UFO is either right above the robot, or in front of it, which means the UFO is super tiny. Without the border the UFO looks like its pretty far back in the background and is HUGE.

For this reason the UFO should probably actually be placed behind the border rather on top of it - to give the illusion it is further back near the mountains instead of directly above the robot.
