Pentranic monitor

Hi got the above monitor.
It's a 19 vga flat.
It gives a flash ( like a pulse) every few seconds.

What would cause / fix this

It's running on the Naomi 1

A video of the problem would probably help. Make sure the neck board is pushed on fully.
