Cocktail Control Panel suggestions

I am looking for a layout that supports 1 joystick, 2 buttons, Trackball, and a spinner on each end of my cocktail machine.

I want to play Pacman, Centipede, and Tempest.

Is there a sample of something like this out there?

Everything I have found  is geared more towards fighting games.
