It looks like a conventional Super Six game with a woodgrain decal kit installed. I've seen this version cabinet before, but it was 20 years ago.

Arachnid standardized the control panel lock and rear door lock to Key number C-415A (made by National Cabinet Lock now a division of Comp-X).
