Ebay Jamma PCBs (EDIT: not multigames)

I've been in search of Jamma PCBs, and have a small budget ATM.  I have come across quite a few of games such as this:

I know you can "hack" (maybe not the correct term.  Possibly bootleg?) games onto certain other pcbs, but is that the story with PCBs like this?

Is it too good to be true?  It'd be nice to run circus charlie on a real PCB, but will this just be junk?

First off. That is not a JAMMA PCB. That looks like a Konami pinout. Several games share that pinout. You can wire a Konami to JAMMA adapter or buy one. If it is a bootleg then some are good and some are terrible. I am not an expert on this, but it might be an actual Konami board with Circus Charlie Roms burned onto it. I am not sure if the Konami PCBs worked in this way. Some platforms worked for multiple games.

Also FYI. The heat sync is missing from the audio amp. Again, I hope that somebody who knows more than me will chime in. I don't know how essential the heat sync is.

Circus Charlie is BY FAR the most played game in MAME among the kids in my house.  It would go over really well here.  I just don't want to buy junk.

So on this PCB, it looks to me that what i've circled is the audio amp, and the space that is pointed to is space for a heatsink?  I can get a generic heatsink easy, as i'm involved with a large group of local audio enthusiasts, and they all have junked receivers sitting around.

Yeah. Pull the trigger. The JAMMA adapter is like 30 or 40 bucks I think. If you are handy with a soldering iron it is easy to make one cheap. It just depends on how much you value your time.

Here's an epilogue to my tale:

I have waited a bit longer, and in the meantime a gentleman posted in our local FB arcade group (started by me, but participated in by few).  He had these babies for sale. On the left is a working Ms. Pac-Man, and on the right is a working Super Cobra. $50 for BOTH, and came with manuals and TONS of printed info.  Score.
