I can't open the file, could you upload it as zip?

PS I have a PAL Sony trinitron crt (50/60hz) inside a cab. and it's quite difficult to connect cable after every boot. I also have a vga to scart adapter ( http://arcadeforge.net/UMSA:::15.html ). Just in case that something went wrong and there is nothing to do with my bios...how dangerous could it be to boot my system with crt emudriver and without atom15?
Thanks

It's not good to stress the sync circuitry by delivering an out-of-range signal. It won't kill anything immediately, it does happen sometimes when using a PC source, but it's not a good idea in the long term.

Thank you! As I suppose... well then I will wait for calamity news. It's so bad that I have bought this card only for crt emudriver and my cab... maybe I should have bought a 6xxx ... sigh

Don't stress... there's so many card manufacturers out there there's bound to be a few that need a little more attention..
otherwise, just wait till the PC has booted and loaded windows before turning on the power to the screen.

I know that there is a way to delay the switching on of a device ( reading about it in order to prevent bump from amp)but it's quite impossible with my electrical skill to do so in this moment, everything is inside the cab and it is connected at one single switch that power on everything.
I'm using raspberry by now but would like to upgrade cause the cab turned out quite well.

Maybe I don't got it right, however Don't want to stress anyone, I will wait without problems all the time needed and was just saying that maybe 6xxx are more compatible with crt emudriver.

Hi vj88,

That bios won't work with ATOM-15, it doesn't have enough spare room to allow the patch. If you find a card from a different manufacturer that has *exactly* the same features, then maybe its bios could be patched and applied to yours.

I have found a bios of a 7950 whit same core and same memory (XFX    HD 7950 3 GB    2012-05-07 22:08:00    015.018.000.001.000907    PCI-E    800 / 1250    GDDR5)
could it works?
Thanks a lot

That one may work. It's a risky operation but if you know how to unbrick a video card then I'd give it a try.

Neither do I. It's a trial and error matter.

You'll need to use the -f option in atiflash (for the first one). This is because the new bios has a different checksum than the original.

going to try another one... maybe I'm doing something wrong... crt emudrive should be already installed?

This has nothing to do with crt emudriver or Windows. You must see the boot process (bios) on your crt. Are you flashing from DOS?

atiflash from usb boot. Everything works well with original bios but whit the first one I can only see black screen with some line, mouse glitching sometimes from a normal lcd and nothing from my crt tv. A big " BUT" I still have amd original drivers. I was thinking of flashin atom 15 first and then  install crt emudriver. Could it be the problem?

It works! Retroarch doesn't start anymore and epsxe give me an error with opengl... but it works. Any ideas of the problem? Thank you very much.
Edit: I have done a reinstall of crt emudriver and now epsxe doesn't give me WGL missing anymore but if I start a game at full screen mode, screen goes out of sync same as for retroarch (working but no full screen). Don't know why, no problem at all with window mode. I have windows 10 pro and the TV is a pal crt capable of ntsc and 60hz from RGB, so I set NTSC 60HZ in setting.
