MAME Spectrum emulation in latest release. Active GUI won't work :(

Hi, when I load any spectrum machine, I eventually have to CTLR+ALT+SUP to end emulation. For some reason, TAB key does'nt seem to work the  in order to enter ingame config options. I don'nt know if it happens while running other MESS machines... Has anyone else come across this issue?

scrlock toggles this behavior on and off, it's so that the usual MAME keys (P for pause, Tab for menu etc.) don't interfere with the keyboard inputs on the machine.

you can also use the '-ui_active' to default to 'MAME keys available' rather than 'Full keyboard'

Thanks! I did know about that... Anyway it must have been recently set like that as default
