Pi2, LCD and speaker second hand from local shops or letgo
Artwork and graphicss r download  from web and printed free.

You can swap any of your old stuff in order to get the following parts in your neighborhood or local enviroment so your budget will be lower then 100 $

1 piece MDF 30 $ 1 piece = 4 bartop
1 piece MDF cnc cut 50 $ 1 piece= 4 bartop


The MDF and CNC cut price for 1 bartop is around 20 $
