how to create custom mame cfg files with mame 0.195?

Hey Guys!

the last time I actively used mame was mame 0.140.

Back then I used a Software called CFG Magician (http://forum.arcadecontrols.com/index.php?topic=88948.0)

What this software was able to do is:

My joystick Layout is:

OOOO
OOOO

with this software i could create controller configs like:

Every 6 button game should use:

123O
456O

Every 4 button game should use:

12OO
34OO

4 Button Neo Geo Games should use:

OOOO
1234

3 Button games should use:

OOOO
123O

Unfortunately this software doesn't work anymore with the latest mame because it uses Data files and on the download page the latest data files are 0.141

Does somebody have datafiles for 0.195 or knows another solution/software I can use?
