hehe had to try just in case but same results sadly :( Read on the steampage that they did not have support for raw input, so I guess that's why, but strange as you can shoot just fine within the menus. |

I was just reading up on it to. Apparently the game is full of stupid bugs, glitches and missed opportunities! Maybe worth playing the original on MAME instead? |

Yes, have the MAME titles all ready :) just hoarding but the PC title had some good graphics though. :[vi |

You have to set it up in multiple places to make it work sometimes. Make sure you enable the dual mouse option in mame. Then choose the input option in the INI (try it as a mouse first and then a lightgun if that doesn't work). Then, in the individual game controls, make sure it is set to use either first or second mouse (depending on which it thinks the aimtrak is). You should also try switching the USB ports and unplugging any other analog controls. Mame seems to get confused sometimes when too many controllers are connected at the same time. My joystick and Aimtrak stop working when my Logitech racing wheel is connected for reasons I don't fully understand. It just decides that the d-pad on the wheel should replace the joystick controls I set up.... If all that fails, start again with a different version of mame. |
