Megatouch 2008 CRT question

Regarding Megatouch  Force 2008 game; after booting up, the screen rolls from top to bottom.  Touch screen works, but is a moving target.  Any idea how to fix?

Is this a Force Radion? There should be a knob to adjust the vertical sync. Slowly turn that knob left or right till it stops moving. If that doesnt fix it, you might need a recap.

This is not a Force Radion and I'm not finding any adjustment knobs. Where would I look for these?

It would be immensely helpful if you could post WHAT that machine is. Merit put out about 20 different machines... simply saying it's a "force 2008" doesn't help much but eliminate that list down to 15.

Yeah you must have more patience then me. I gave up after "This is not Force Radion" Sometimes there is no helping people that really don't want help.
Post count 2 should have been a dead ringer.
