2004 golden tee fore not showing picture or any sound

I've only owned a few arcades in my life and having some issues with this one. Just bought a 2004 golden tee fore and it powers on but there is no display and also no sound. The power light is red which states it needs adjusted. The D5A is blinking green, D77 red light is solid on, D20 is flashing green and D2 is flashing red. It also pops about every 10 seconds. Thanks for all the help in advance!
