Rowe R90 Light Control

The R90 Light control panel offer 3 options, continuous, Flashing or off.   I can not get the lights to flash they stay on continuous no matter what I select.  Do I need a new light control switch, am I missing something?  Are any switches available if needed?  Many thanks.

That board will likely have numerous bad solder joints on it. Eyeball it and resolder any bad joints you may find. Pay particular attention to the slide switch and connector pins.
