I'm all about anybody who makes time to worship in the holy house of GAINS! Been working on my strength and speed both. No big numbers to put up yet, but I am dropping quarter miles in 1:30-1:35. Lifting is mostly cross functional stuff but starting to work on the ol'V to get ready for summer |
