It will be used mostly for casino games.  Maybe a few token redemption games could use it too.  Looks good if you want to go with dynamic marquee setup, bit pricy though at nearly 3k  :cheers:

Yeah, arcades have been flooded with these for years, very similar designs at least

They run all the gambling games, usually multi-game touch screen things that are designed to be as 'in your face' as possible.

I've noticed here that even a lot of the traditional non-video fruit machines are being replaced with these running on-screen versions of basically the same things, complete with bottom feature and top feature on the respective screens.

I don't think they're going to bring about any worthwhile games ;-)

Eesh touchy subject but I personally can’t imagine playing the old arcade classics on a widescreen. That being said I built my machine to my preferences, everyone else can build theirs to what they prefer.

But for card games who cares.

I still don't approve of widescreen, I just think the cabinet is sleek.

You could also make the bottom monitor 4:3 by installing it vertical and jamming some of it down inside the cabinet unused.
