Back in the day. I had a server running at my high school sharing the installed files. Game ran "portablely" and with multiple users, instant Lan game anywhere. Biggest group we had was... 16 people? Fun times. 9 YEARS AGO! |

Because it was shared across the network the admins could never find and delete it LOL Prob still be there now! Good times! Lil more than 9 years ago though.... |

When UT came out I remember that was my switch from the Quake franchise to the Unreal one. Kind of interesting how the two companies diverged in retrospect. ID-engines used to be the cutting edge for 3D gaming, then Epic (among others) took over. |
