Where can I get a good Dolly for stairs?

Go rent one at U-haul.

Big, tough, and they have the "tread" on the back for going downstairs...

I'd just go to my local moving company and rent their fridge dolly. Or look to buy the heaviest duty fridge dooly you can buy. This is not the type of hardware you want to skimp on.

It has both the tracks for doing stairs as well as a strap to lock the cabinet onto the dolly. You can move an entire fridge by yourself if used properly.

I use to work for moving company myself and these things are niiice.

Go here and type in "hand trucks"  The one for $114.99 is the one I have. and it does have the rubber crawler tracks for stairs and a nice adjustable tie down strap. I've bought lots of stuff from these guys. Good company to deal with. Don't bother with the cheaper ones with the pneumatic tires as they are no good for moving stuff that heavy and you won't find one of those with stair crawlers anyway. The one for $114.99 is as close as you can get to the real professional aluminum appliance carriers without the $400.00 price tag.

And if you're REALLY serious about professional ones and want the real deal then go here. 8)

If you are really serious about keeping your games in good condition then you won't use a dolly on stairs at all.  The ones without the stair climbing stuff on them bounce the games all over the place, and the stair climbing ones still give me the heeby geebies.

I always just carry my games up the steps manually, there is little chance of an accident then. (Oh, and before you say "But Paige, my cab has to go into the BASEMENT, or I might MOVE in a year", let me just say that I own like 20 games, and I live on the second floor, and have moved several times in the last few years).

If the game is a bit heavy for two people then pull the monitor out. That will usually lighten up any game enough for two men to carry it with ease. Also, ALWAYS have two people when moving games up and down steps, stair climbing dolly or not.
