I was slightly disappointed they didn’t find anything. A rusty finishing nail would have explained so much. But, seriously, I can get you folks paid to get an MRI. If my lumbering hulk ass fit in the tube, you can, too. There’s a national neuro imaging study that’s collecting MRIs of people that are healthy and haven’t had concussions. It’s like 3 hours and $150 payment.... you’ll get a copy of your images and they will be assessed by a radiologist. :cheers: |

I live in Canada so it's free if you can justify doing it. Hell if you want to take a look, they might do it too I have never thought to ask. They found a problem so I was rushed through as I was sicker than I thought, considering it seems to have happened over a long enough time I hadn't noticed anything. My own personal guess is 8 years or so. But I know there's often a long wait time for these sorts of things. The machine I was in was a little cramped and I had headphones on so I could hear them (and the jazz music they were piping in) but they couldn't hear me. I got the hiccups partway through and was getting in trouble for moving. If I could be paid to do it I would enjoy listening to some tunes for a few hours. |
