For non-profit?
« on: December 04, 2017, 10:29:55 am »
Is there any allowance in the user agreement that would allow the Maximus Arcade to be used in a non-profit location (i.e., non-residence) as long as players were not being charged to use it?

I had MA a long time ago and never even read the eula so no idea. I will tell you that the likelihood of arcade police showing up and complaining about the frontend are approximately 0. Like less than a neutron star forming in your bathtub this evening.

If you really REALLY wanted to know you could hit them up on twitter - the last @maximusarcade post was only two years ago lol

The drive in theater by my house has a sad looking Ms PacMan cabinet with a 60 in 1 board in it. It has been there for years. The arcade police haven't showed up there yet. It even has an Illinois department of revenue sticker on it.
