Operators who still run Ms. Pacs rarely want to sell them. He has probably had a lot of requests, but those things paid for themselves 22 years ago, and probably make twice their current market value for him each year.

$200 is more than enough for a nice 19" cabinet. Don't worry so much about the number of buttons, just look for one with a generic overlay so you can add more buttons later. Really $100 should buy a cab with a good monitor. Look for a generic looking cabinet that is displaying garbage (but good looking garbage) as a generic looking cab with a boardset problem isn't gonna sell for much.

Streetfighter 2 prices has been rising in recent years due to the fact that the people who played them are getting old enough to buy them, and the fact that they all have suicide batteries, and thus are dying left and right.

last one... possibly the worst angle you could look at the machine from due to scratches and stuff... some new T-molding would make the machine look a lot better
