Neo Geo 25" Replica Cabinet w/24 inch TV

So the monitor in the cabinet im measuring is the "Big Red" MVS-4-25

Would this here 24 inch JVC TV be a close enough replacement?

I noticed "Trueflat" tubes tend to be in multiples with an even number like 24s and regular curve tubes come in odds like 25.
Id imagine finding a premade bezel would be a mighty fine bugger.

Do you think i could make changes to the cabinet plans so i could "slide the TV in" instead of routing cuts to mount say a raw arcade monitor?

I know my way around high voltage electronics, im just debating if it would be easier than building a brand new Chassis for something that for all intents is a complete unit.
Is that a Sanwa in your pocket or are you just happy to see me?

I noticed the border, it could be a 25 inch tube with 24 inches visible...ill see if i can buy a 25 inch bezel from my local Arcadier and see if it will fit over and how much play i have

Bad choice for a replacement if you ask me. Leaving aside the flatness, 24" tubes have 60cm screens while 25" tubes have 63cm screens. You will not be able to mount the former on the frame of the latter. A 25" big red should have a Wells Gardner K7000 chassis. If it's broken get a replacement chassis (they're very common) or get it fixed. If the tube has burn-in, get a 25" RCA or Zenith TV and swap the tube.
