1) Opt ain't a hipster, and a fedora by itself means nothing, even if he is an artist. ;) 2) A fedora does fit into the hipster wardrobe. I know a few who dress the bill. Its a common hipster look for the ones with some cash. The type that generally wears a fedora is call themselves "Bespoke" around here. They try to dress in an odd configuration of old-timey appareal. The term came from "bespoke suits" which means a tailor fitted suit. The hipsters here seem to collectively misunderstood the word to mean old fashioned clothing, so they will say stuff like "I just bought a bespoke scarf" |
