Neotec NT550DX

Looking for a schematic for a Neotec NT550DX. it's a different animal from the 500/600 series units.

Got one here that's playing dead. it powers on and degausses high voltage comes on for a minute but shuts down...no yoke deflection that I can hear.

Monitor continues to "operate". Power LED on, relay clicks on..

Thinking HOT issue but want a schematic before I start diving into this.
