Rowe AMI cd100 problems

First time posting. Hope I'm in the right forum. AMI cd100 was working fine. Now it only plays a CD for about a second.  Service mode says errors exist however I can't recover or clear them. I can't change any settings either and security is off. The popular/ENTER button does not seem to work. The popular button works to move along the menu but I can't use it to enter any changes. I'm lost here, any help greatly appreciated
