SlikStik Tornado knob screw sizes

OK, so I took off my knob from the SlikStik using my allen wrench and lost both the fastening screws for the knob (idiot move on my part).  Does anyone know the exact size and type screw I need to get to replace them and where I can get them? It's the two small screws in the middle of the knob sides.

A set screw? Most major hardware stores carry them.  Do you still know which allen wrench you used to remove them?
