Dragon's Lair Control Panel

Hello everyone,

I'm trying to replicate the Dragon's Lair control panel, which I need to complete a DL cabinet. As it is almost impossible to find it in Italy, I'm asking to you lucky guys who got an original arcade machine if you could be so kind enough to give me those few measures (please find the attached image). I'm really stuck on this, please help thank you !
