I apologize if this has already been answered but I have searched all over with little reults. Is their any place out on the internet where I could legally download classic arcade games like donkey kong, pac-man, etc? I am having no luck finding anything. Is their a website with legal roms or do those not exist? Take mame for example how would you legally play donkey kong on mame?

There were some joysticks where with joystick were bundled some legal roms.
