Index out of range Script Error?

I know there are a few posts about this error but it seems that i cant figure out whats wrong. I configured my mame correctly according to the tutorials but the "Index Out Of Range, Scripting Error?" keeps on appearing. Any help would go a long way. Im new to this so please be easy to me.
