scan converter opinions

after much consideration, I have decided to use a scan converter for my cab instead of tv-out.  I was just wondering what experiences you guys have had with them.

1. what are the best overall
2. what are the best for the money
3. are their any conserns I should be aware of (IE ease of use, quality issues)
