Hi ed12,

I am also looking for this software. Last time i asked my local distributor for it (in Sydney, Australia), they said it was technician only software and they wouldn't provide it to me. Likely knowing that it would allow repair / diagnosis of units i had returned for repair and reduce their income. I have FP-004 for updating my units in the field already, but I have the opportunity to buy FP-001 if required for additional diagnosis. I note the FP-004 has got the serial cable connector and there is a PC mode, but i don't know how/if this differs from the function of the FP-001.
