Black screen after installing CRT Emudriver 2.0

I was installing CRT Emudriver 2.0 on my Windows 7 64-bit computer with a Radeon HD 6450 on it.
I didn't have a CRT PC CRT to install it, only an old ACER 800x600 60hz LCD.
The SETUP.exe didn't seem to work on my card (froze midway) so I went ahead in the driver files and clicked the CU299900.exe file
The screen went black instantly for a whole 2 minute, I restarted my computer and it was still pitch black, although the computer still detects a signal on both end of the DMS-59 output (2x VGA)
I'm using a VGA to Component Transcoder (Fusionz's Retrotek) to get a picture on my CRT and it just displays flickering modern art, very colorful but doesn't get me anywhere. 
If you can help me, it would be greatly appreciated. 

Should I just get a CRT PC CRT? I don't know if that is the solution to my problem, but I would certainly like to be able to access my PC, maybe reinstall the drivers, alas my computer doesn't display anything and the only video port is on the graphic card.

You shouldn't need a PC CRT.  I've installed CRT Emudriver 2.0 on Windows 7 using an old 60hz LCD before switching over to my arcade monitor.

What kind of arcade monitor do you have?

Did you follow these instructions to the letter?...

Which driver package did you use? (there 3 versions)...

Well my arcade monitor is just a component consumer SD CRT

My biggest issue is that now I can't get rid of this black screen at all and it doesn't even show the Windows logo at startup.
I can't see anything right now. I guess I'll have to nuke this hard drive and reinstall Windows.

I was using the first (- Download CRT Emudriver & CRT Tools 2.0 beta 10 (Catalyst 12.6) for Windows 7/8/10 64-bits) option.

So I fixed the problem, apparently my LCD needed to be rebooted, that's all. 

I installed CRT Emudriver on my graphic card now I just need to make it so the Enable EDID Emulation on VMMaker gets me on 480i instead of 480p because I can't see jack on my monitor. 

My monitor is just an american Toshiba AF42, I'm running the VGA through a transcoder to Component.

Any help on how to do that would be appreciated.

Most of us got there the same way. A few attempts, a few posts, a bit of thinking and then everything seems to crystallise and you get it working
