English Mark Super 6 Plus II

would anyone know a solution to this issue. when the games start you throw a dart and it say segment stuck.  I took out the board and cleaned the pad and matrix put it back together and it still does it.  i even plugged the matrix tapped one of the numbers and it says segment stuck.  not sure if the matrix is messed up or if there are any other reasons it might be doing that.  i appreciate the help

Just a guess, but it sounds like one of the lines for the matrix is either shorted/broken, or has gone out on the cpu.  Sounds like the error is the result of the controller sensing a hit, but is unable to decode it.  I.e, an invalid combination of signals.

Again, just a guess.
