Tbf ime sure someone will hack it shortly to remove the DRM so just wait a little longer.
From my understanding of what I have read though Sega had no say in it and are pissed off about it also.
SEGA is the games publisher, how could they NOT have a say?
Indeed, this makes no sense.
In my experience this is always done because the publishers insist on it.
I've never encountered anybody working on the actual software who wants it at all. Anybody with even the slightest understanding of how this game came about would be against it.
This is the perfect kind of game to have a GOG.com release (if it gets one, I'll be buying it on the PC in addition to the copy I already own)
