Megatouch XL Double Platinum IO card issue

Hi All,
I have a XL double platinum that will boot up to the game and play but won't coin-up, enter service mode or enter the screen calibration.  I've cleaned and re-seated the card and riser but the buttons still don't work.  I was able to directly calibrate the touchscreen from the command prompt but I would love to change the language as it's currently stuck in Spanish.  I tried removing the nvram file which switched the language back to English but also disabled free play which is a problem considering I can't coin it up.  I restored the original nvram so the game is currently back in free play and Spanish.  Does anyone have a double platinum that could get me a copy of their nvram with English and free play enabled?  I would also be interested in picking up a good CRT-500 IO card if it would fix my issues.
