Maximus Arcade/Retroarch

So i want to run 4do emulator with maximus. It runs fine out side of maximus but, when i launch it in maximus the screen goes black. I have retroarch in Emulators\4do and i'm using this in the command line box %file -L cores\4do_libretro.dll   What am i doing wrong? Can some help me get it running in maximus. Finally i got daphne running with no sighns of windows.
