I think the fixes were meant to be added to official MAME, supposedly for 0.287, but I've been a bit out of the loop lately. Give me some time to check it out and I'll post back.

Version 285 is out.

Sources for version 286 are also out but give half an hour to compile executable.

EDIT. Executable is uploaded.
