Which version of Mala and Mame?
« on: June 04, 2017, 08:37:30 am »
Really struggling to get things to match up.

Running a Pentium D processor at 1.8 MHz, Windows XP Professional. I think this is Win32, so I am loading 32 bit versions of Mame.

Was running Mame32 and Mala174. Everytime we exit from game the Mala layout of shifted down and right and is messed up.

Tried loading Mame161 and cant get anything to run.

Is there a "best" combo of Mame and Mala version for my operating system?

My advise is to use Mala 1.820.
I use mame 0.151 in a PIV.

Greetings.

Also, go into MaLa config and tick the GUI->Game Start/Quit->Reorder layout after game quit check box. See if that helps.
