Everyone's Favorite Game GORF!
« on: June 05, 2017, 10:39:56 am »
I have too many projects going as it is, but I picked this up for next to nothing, and it has a functioning monitor. I will eventually resurrect this empty husk to its full GORFian glory. I have never done a ground up resto, so this will be a good learning experience.

Good Gorf Charlie Brown!
I loved that game, and it’s on my list to own some day.
Looks like a huge project!
Good luck!

Nice grab, Mike!  That cab looks like it's in pretty good shape as is. You might have a lighter restoration load here. Meaning it doesn't look like you'll need much filling/repair work to do. Just strip, sand and re-paint. Of course, getting all the original parts will be a task, but still you got a good start already with this one.

Heh. This one is sitting in the back of my barn right now. I put together a working joystick. I have a working monitor and the marquees. I have been waiting for a boardset to come up at a reasonable price. Once I have that I will worry about paint and artwork. The cab is in good shape.
