--- Quote from: Le Chuck on July 19, 2016, 07:53:04 am ---I'm on the razors edge between chuff and naff.  Got a line on a guy with a mess of oldies, has a Monaco GP tucked into the lot but isn't wanting to split up the lot.  Lot isn't interesting enough to justify for just the Monaco and I'm trying to convince him to split it off.  If I can walk with a MGP I'm chuffed to the xtreme.  If I can't I'm only out so whiny texts but still naffed at the missed opportunity.

Chuff

verb

1. (transitive; usually passive) ( Brit, slang) to please or delight: he was chuffed by his pay rise

It's its own thing now.
More of a noun describing a state of satisfaction as if it is an object to be acquired/found or taken away/lost.
