Doing custom graphics for CP
« on: May 21, 2017, 08:12:04 pm »
I have a cabinet that is a repro of a Defender cabinet.  I'm building a multi-Mame CP, and would like to make Defender-style graphics for the overlay.  How's the best way to go about doing this?

Take a look at http://www.gameongrafix.com/

I haven't purchased anything from them yet (but plan to buy a semi-custom marquee soon). Lots of selection of stock items for multicades, and they do custom work on an hourly fee basis - I believe.

If you know how to modify vector artwork, look for files at the sites mentioned in this post such as http://vectorlib.free.fr/Defender/.

If you can't modify the artwork yourself, get a quote from one of the artists here or in the Retail Vendors forum.

AWESOME!  I found vector files of all the Defender cabinet art, and GIMP opens and edits it!  Now, I can do the work, then have someone professionally print a nice overlay.  Thanks!
