Similar website?

I'm wanting to build a mini V-Pin alla GingerBalls.  The physical build end of it isn't hard, similar to a MAME cab.  The software end, however, I have no idea where to start.

Is there a website out there similar to BYOAC but for V-Pins?  Or does anybody have any direction or advice?
