question reg. Monster Arcades DIY kit
« on: June 18, 2017, 11:05:56 am »
Has anyone purchased a DIY kit from Monster Arcades (http://www.monsterarcades.com/) ?  Specifically I'm wondering about the 27" upright kit and if it has a keyboard drawer.  They also sell a pre-built 27" upright system, and its specs call out a "hide away keyboard drawer", but the 27" upright kit does not mention that.  Their prices seem pretty good, though freight shipping adds significantly to the cost.

Also curious about adding graphics to a birch plywood cabinet like this.  Not sure if it's ready to go, or if need to sand/prime/paint beforehand if using graphic art.  The whole art thing is new to me :)

Thanks,
Eric

Wireless keyboards are like 10 bucks. A keyboard drawer is not needed.
