Copy config to a new hard disk / windows install

Hi,

I have my install of MA working how I like it and would like to perform a fresh install of windows on a newer machine and copy the config over. Is it simply a case of ensuring all the folders are copied over eg MA, emulators, roms etc or are there any config files in strange locations I might miss. I don't want to lose my button configs etc as they took ages to set up
