Need help on where to start troubleshooting the fluorescent light system on a Rowe storm cd100 wallmount. The neon lights work fine, The unit seems to work fine, but none of the 4 bulbs in the door light, no flicker, nothing. Thanks...

replace bulbs and starters. not much to troubleshoot with them. pull a tube out and look the the ends. you'll probably see they have started to turn black.
